What is the size of the poster boards at the conference?

Poster boards are 4 feet tall by 8 feet wide.

I need to request a refund – what should I do?

Registrations cancelled before June 16, 2019 will receive a full refund. 
If you are denied a visa and applied for your visa before May 20, 2019, we will refund your registration fees even after the cancellation deadline above.

What do I do if I need an invitation letter to apply for a visa?

Please register for the conference and pay. Visa invitations will then become available over RLDM’s registration portal.

If your visa is denied, you can request a refund, which we will grant as long as you apply for your visa before May 20, 2019. Refunds can be requested by emailing us at rldm.contact@gmail.com
