A limited number of travel fellowships are available for students with accepted posters at the conference. In return, students will be asked to volunteer in one supporting role during the conference. Fellowship amounts will be based on travel distance:

• Less than 3 hours (flight) away from Montréal: $300
• Rest of North America: $600
• Rest of the world: $900

Application deadline: April 26th, midnight ET.

Send a PDF file (maximum 2 pages long, named LastFirstName.pdf) via email to Charles Isbell (isbell@cc.gatech.edu) with the subject line “RLDM TRAVEL AWARD” detailing your current research interests and how attending RLDM stands to benefit your research and your education, as well as your estimated expenses due to attending RLDM and any other information that you believe is relevant to your application. Applications without an accompanying PDF will not be considered.

Applications will be considered based on research relevance, poster presentation, discipline balance, and gender balance. The deadline for receipt of all materials is April 26, midnight ET. We plan to notify applicants by May 10th.
